What People Are Saying

“Like every other new mom, I wanted to feed my baby nutrient dense food for his healthy growth & development. I was equally excited & worried to start his weaning journey. But with that came lot of confusion as there’s so much different information available online and the hundreds of different opinions from my relatives, friends, doctors etc. Babies being so delicate you have to be extra careful while trying something new. So i consulted Sanchita, and I was super impressed with her knowledge, relaxed demeanor, and I was thoroughly satisfied with all her suggestions. The best part about her is she would always reply to all my endless queries patiently & without letting me wait too long..
She would also give little hacks on how to get extra nutrients from the available food options which came in very handy! I recommend her to every mom/mom to be as she is super caring and knowledgeable and cuts through the myriad of information overload that we can get stressed about raising our newborns!”

Thank you Sanchita for your endless product recommendations, recipes and answers to my million questions !

When all your research as a mother (of a 6 month old) gives you the same answers as Sanchita, you know you can trust her blindly.
I had been following Sanchita’s Instagram page for a while when my LO turned 6m. Few months after starting his solids, I decided to reach out to Sanchita. Since then the Herculean task of offering food to my little one, as it may seem to any first time mother, got extremely easy. Sanchita’s knowledge of all the important nutrients required by a baby, what the first foods should be, how the transition should be across food categories, has been immensely helpful. All this, while keeping my baby happy and engaged during his meals. It’s been over 2 months and I turn to her with the smallest of queries, ever so often, all of which are promptly addressed.

FAQs

  • For parents like my baby is not eating, it might be a worrisome matter. First, look at any recent changes in your baby's environment or schedule that might be influencing their hunger. Sometimes teething or minor illnesses affect a baby's appetite. Make sure your meal fits their developmental level and age. Sometimes adding novel flavours or textures could inspire appetite.

Also crucial is to develop a regular feeding schedule. One can aid by offering little, regular meals instead of big, rare ones. If your infant exhibits symptoms of fullness or disinterest, steer clear of pushing them to eat more.

Watch whether your infant seems uncomfortable or distressed during meals. See a paediatrician if they are often refusing to eat or if they show obvious weight loss or other medical issues. Sanchita Daswani's knowledgeable staff can offer individualised recommendations and more direction on handling feeding difficulties when your infant isn't eating.

  • Though it can be difficult if my baby is not eating, there are good techniques to boost a good appetite. Create a pleasant dining setting first. Steer clear of TV and guarantee mealtimes are laid back. To make dining more fascinating, present a range of meals with varied textures and tastes. Mixing things can assist occasionally when my baby is not eating from boredom with the same foods.

Try to create a schedule including frequent snack and meal times. Consistency controls your child's hunger. Being patient and avoiding pushing your child to eat is also very important since this could lead to bad relationships with mealtime. Let your infant explore meals at their speed instead.

See a paediatrician for specific guidance if you worry that your baby is not eating enough or not gaining weight correctly. Sanchita Daswani stresses the need to realise that every baby has unique eating habits and to modify your approach as necessary.
